Florida State Seminole Recruiting Insider

Today, the rich got richer… Arrington Jenkins, an outside linebacker from Miami Coral Park Senior High, committed to FSU.
The Florida State Seminoles have been on a recruiting rampage.  They currently have the consensus #1 class and I am confident that they will end with the best class.

Current FSU Commitments:

FSU has 24 players in the class thus far, so they still have room for a few more players.

LB Tony Steward - I think he is a lock to go to FSU.  He grew up an FSU fan.  His parents (especially his mom) want him going to FSU.
Considering: FSU and Clemson are way ahead of everyone else in the running for his signature...
Prediction: FSU

DT Tim Jernigan - I think this is going to end up a close one.  It seems that Jernigan enjoyed his visit to FSU this past weekend, but he grew up a gator fan.  The gators will have one more chance to persuade him when he comes to Gainesville this week for an unofficial visit.
Considering: FSU, UF, LSU
Prediction: UF
Muschamp has brought in a great defensive staff that is especially focused on the defensive line.  He loves UF and the new coaching staff impressed him when they visited him.

QB Jacoby Brissett - Seminoles are in the running for Brissett, but there are a lot of teams in the running and he wants to play basketball too.  The Seminoles will be fine whether they get him or not.
Considering: UM, FSU, UF, Wisconsin, UNC, Washington, South Carolina
Prediction: Wisconsin

DE Curt Maggitt - I do not think Maggitt ends up at FSU, but his teammate Nick O'leary could persuade him to join him.  Maggitt's recruitment has not been very defined and much is still up in the air.
Considering: Alabama, Florida, LSU, Miami, South Florida, Tennessee, Wisconsin
Prediction: Tennessee (He loved his visit last weekend)....However, I believe this is a close race between Florida, Wisconsin, Tennessee and I would not be surprised if he end up at any of these three

DE Jermauria Rasco - His recruitment took a turn when Will Muschamp left Texas and headed for Gainesville.  He will likely decide where he wants to sign after his visit to UF this weekend.
Considering: FSU, LSU, UF
Prediction: LSU.  LSU is close to home for Rasco and he has grown close with the staff and visited many times.
